Information you provide: when you request a sample report or order a service, we collect the details you submit — your work email address, company or brand name, and optionally your website URL.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags) attached to the link you arrived from. If you reached this site through an advertisement, the advertising platform may set identifiers used to measure whether the visit led to a request (conversion measurement).
We use the information you submit to deliver what you asked for — sending sample reports, responding to enquiries, and performing ordered services. We use technical and campaign data to operate and secure the site and to measure advertising performance in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email beyond what you request.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Web3Forms (form submission processing — data you submit in the form passes through their service to reach us), and, for visits originating from advertisements, the advertising platform’s measurement pixel (e.g. OpenAI Ads) which receives conversion signals but not the content of your submission. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to provide the service you requested and for our business records, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@stateinfinite.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
