These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stateinfinite.com and the purchase of services from StateInfinite LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or ordering a service you agree to these Terms.
StateInfinite provides AI visibility monitoring and analytics: we run structured question sets against third-party AI assistant products and report on brand mentions, competitor share of voice, and cited sources. Deliverables are reports (PDF summary and data appendix). StateInfinite is a measurement service only — we do not control, and make no representations about, the content of any third-party AI system’s answers, and we do not offer to alter or influence them.
Prices for standard services are listed on the site and are stated in U.S. dollars. Work on an order begins after payment is received. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, where the requested category cannot be meaningfully monitored), in which case any payment is refunded in full.
The question matrix is provided for your approval before detection begins. Standard delivery timelines are stated on the site and run from your approval of the matrix. Timelines are good-faith estimates; we will notify you promptly of any delay.
If we have not yet begun work on your order, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the question matrix has been delivered for your approval, work has begun and fees are non-refundable, except that if we fail to deliver the ordered report, you receive a full refund. If a delivered report contains material errors, notify us within 14 days and we will correct and redeliver it at no charge.
You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use deliverables for your own lawful business purposes. Reports are prepared for the ordering customer and may be used internally and in your own marketing; resale of reports as a standalone product is not permitted without our written consent.
You own the delivered reports for your brand. We retain ownership of our methodology, question-design frameworks, templates, and tooling.
Reports reflect the responses of third-party AI systems at the time of detection. Those systems are probabilistic and change frequently; results are a measured snapshot, not a guarantee of past or future outputs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
